Every order ships with documented inspection using Geo Met 101 and CMM Manager. Documented inspection and release records are maintained in accordance with customer and NTM quality requirements.
Can one shop handle both prototype and production?
Yes, and at NTM, all milling runs on the same floor with the same team. There's no gap between the programmer who built your prototype and the machinist running production. If a drawing change is identified during prototype or manufacturing review, we coordinate the proposed change with the customer and obtain approval before production.
